Tao is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and a graduate of the Ontario College of Technology (OCOT). She combines her training in Canadian massage therapy with a strong background in traditional Chinese Tuina massage and reflexology.
Originally trained in China, Tao brings over 10 years of hands-on experience from her practice in Manitoba before relocating to Ontario. Her diverse background allows her to draw from both traditional techniques and modern massage therapy approaches to provide individualized care.
Tao believes that effective treatment begins with understanding each client’s needs. She takes the time to listen, assess areas of concern, and tailor each session to help relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, and support overall well-being.
With a thoughtful, client-centred approach, Tao strives to create a comfortable and welcoming experience where every client feels heard, cared for, and supported in their wellness journey.
